"In Your Pocket" is a travel and information portal for Central and Eastern Europe. You can download (for free) small city guides for Minsk, Zagreb, Sarajevo, Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Tallinn, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Budapest, Riga, Druskininkai, Vilnius, Gdansk, Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Bucharest (Bucharest!), St. Petersburg, Belgrade and Bratislava.

I don't know how good they are, but few information are better than none.
